(4) each Partner must do 15 Wall-Climbs while Partner holds Plank
(5) each Partner must do 20 Pwr. Sn. while Partner holds bar in hang pos. w/Snatch Grip
(6) each Partner must do 25 Wall-Balls while Partner holds Squat Pos.
(7) each Partner must do 50 Lunges while both maintain the front rack
